Seeking to boost reemployment opportunities in underserviced communities, Amazon needed a creatively striking and strategically targeted campaign that would raise awareness and consideration of its Returnships initiative.
IDEA
Returning to work after an extended period is far from easy, as experience gaps are still often considered taboo.
To empower career-breakers back into work, we developed a campaign that sought to showcase why the experiences and skills gained outside of the workplace have translatable value within it at Amazon. A place where they could liberate their full potential.
