As a student at the University of Bedfordshire I was elected as president of the men's football society. It was a position that I held for two successive years- one of which included a successful promotion campaign in the British Universities and Colleges Sport League. For the year preceeding my role as president I represented the University as a first-team player and continued to do so throughout my tenure as president.

Whilst studying for my MA in International Journalism I was invited to give a paper at the prestigious BritainInEurope conference- a forum where MP's and scholars alike could debate Britain's role in the European Union.

During my time as a student and editor-in-chief of Loud Magazine I have conducted some high-profile interviews, these include-

Baroness Susan Greenfield- Scientist, Writer and member of the House of Lords.

Bill Rammell- Former Labour Minister of State in several departments through Tony Blair’s government.

Sir Jeremy Greenstock- UK envoy during the Iraq war.

Florrie- UK pop singer, songwriter, drummer and model.

Colonel Emmanuel Kotia- chief instructor and academic programs coordinator at the Kofi Annan International peacekeeping training centre in Ghana.
